My name is Chris an I’ll hopefully get to know yours.
A little about me is that I was married to an amazing woman for almost 10 years before she lost the battle with stage 4 cancer. I was born an raised in Virginia for 33 years before moving to Oregon to get married. Over those 10 years I did home healthcare ranging from residential to private.
I recently started going back to school after 2 years I finished my associates degree in business. I’m furthering my education with doing a couple of correspondence courses for canine specialist and electrician. Once those are completed I’ll start plumbing and possibly one more to further my homesteading goals. I recently graduated a foundations in gardening class an will be starting composting an beginner beekeeping in august.
When I’m not in school I enjoy watching tv, doing beaded flat work, as well as attempting to get better at drawing an painting. I also enjoy reading the occasional book but mainly do-it-yourself books. For music I like rock, progressive metal.
Enough about me for the moment an let’s move onto what I’m looking for. First an foremost everything starts with friendship. Then as we talk, email or use snail mail it can build from there. I like honesty since I tend to be transparent. Someone who can make me laugh an enjoys random road trips. A good conversation that is not only stimulating but can challenge me to think.
I’ll end this by saying we are human an we all make mistakes this one is mine. I’m doing everything I can to learn from it a turn it Into a better future going forward.
